My friend told me she had an infected sore on her leg at 5 pm, couldn’t get into PCP. this amazing place had a great online check in, we took the next time slot which was 1 1/2 hours later. . Dr. Keeler did an amazing job stitching up my 7 year old’s injuries. I really appreciate him taking the time to do it when he could have referred us to the hospital. I feel like I'm just someone he quickly saw to get me out of the way. I felt like he has an "I don't want to be here" attitude. I avoid this urgent care because of the rudeness and will go if I'm absolutely desperate. I went here years ago for back pain that wouldn't go away. I saw Dr. Keeler who saw I was overweight. He didn't know I was proud of my 20lb weight loss. He blamed my back pain on my weight and asked me, "What do someone like you do all day to get to the size you are?" I was honestly embarrassed as I had become very active to help myself. I was sent along with no treatment. Another doctor checked me out and I had a problem with a disc in my lower back. When I went the other day I felt mocked once again and ignored. I have felt this way with the other doctors here too. The nurses are great though. I usually go to New Hope Urgent Care when I need to, they listen, let me know I'm not a burden. They have treated me for many thing from stomach bug to broken bones.

I came in quite sick. My Doctor and the staff were considerate and quite professional as they tended to my needs. The time I was there was very important to me ( who wants to be anywhere else but home when we're ill), I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. As I have no insurance I pay with cash. My attending doctor suggested I consider a pharmacy that charged much less for prescriptions. Thank you Dr.!!!! All in all, I feel like I couldn't have received better care anywhere else I might have chosen to go for my medical needs that night.

I’ve visited urgent care twice and have had Dr Keeler. He is knowledgeable and asks a lot of questions. I had pneumonia and visited another urgent care, saw a PA who sent me out the door with a steroid. I was not getting better and went to a different urgent care and saw Dr Keeler who recommended a scan and diagnosed me correctly and I was prescribed the appropriate medication.

Made appt online and arrived and went in and they advised us to sit in our car and they would call us. They did and a Tech(?) came out and took my temp and at my request a pulse ox. Swabbed me for COVID and flu. Had an online call with doctor. Said there was a lot of virus going around. If my tests came back negative then he would put me on an antibiotic. Meanwhile he put me on Steroids and cough Med, which pharmacy was out of. My husband tried to contact them to see if they could RX something else and could not get through to anyone. I am pretty sure this is the Future of Medicine and I don’t really like it, but I am feeling better today.

We had tried several locations in mount pleasant but none of them would accept my daughter's insurance or take her as a walk in. I was tested for covid-19 on 24 July 2022, Sunday about 4pm. I was tested while in my car. Everyone I spoke with at the Pro-Health Urgent Care, were all very friendly & helpful. I spoke with PA-C Keeler & he was very thorough & friendly, & was quick to call my prescription in the next morning, when my test came back positive.. I am very satisfied with the service I received from everyone at the Pro-Health.

My son needed a COVID test for camp. He didn't want a nasal swab so as I was calling around to find a saliva based PCR test, they offered it. We were done in five minutes! The staff was friendly and very nice. Everyone seemed to be genuinely happy to be working there. Excellent service!

i was surprised that mr keeler initially chose to send in a script for an antibiotic for ear pain in the setting of sinus infection type symptoms without examining the ear that had pain. considering that most sinus infections are viral and the problems associated with antibiotic resistance, i was quite shocked that he would chose such management. however, when i expressed desire to have my daughters ear examined, he did so and then reported he did not see any evidence of an ear infection. i was also shocked, given that my daughter had a known covid positive exposure that neither the person who roomed her nor mr keeler chose to wear a mask. despite these surprising aspects of care, i very much appreciated the quick service, the nice check in staff, and the ability to get covid testing without an appointment.
